I am a free-lance web developer. What started as hobby and pursuit for the ways to express creativity has now evolved into almost a full-time job.
Joomla and WordPress are my weapons of choice. I work with small and medium businesses helping them establish effective online presence.
My philosophy in web development is that if a website does not pay for its existence it should not exist. Translated this into more human and less snobbish, language this means that before breaking digital ground first discuss with the client his or her plans for the website and ways to make it useful to the business. Based on this information I then come up with website concept, project plan and, if needed online marketing strategy.
I prefer simple, uncluttered design with lots of white space, big pictures and as less text as possible.
My portfolio
The aim of this project was to create a content management platform to allow client produce and manage content. Joomla 1.5 installation, custom template, javascript frontpage gallery and custom photo gallery with client's portfolio. Client also received several hours of training on content production. Most of the site's content was produced by the client
